Embracing the In-Between: My Certification in Navigating Life Transitions
From stillness to strength, from cocoon to wings—I’m excited to guide you through life’s powerful transitions.
There’s a quiet potency in the moments we don't often post about—the pauses between endings and beginnings. Over the past years as a coach, I’ve held space for many through their own transitions. But recently, I’ve found myself standing at a powerful threshold in my own life. And now, with deep reverence and warmth, I want to share something personal: I’ve received my certification in navigating life transitions.
It feels like less of an achievement and more of a homecoming.
Because life, as I’ve come to know and honor it, is transition. We are constantly unfolding—from one season of identity, relationship, and purpose to another. This certification doesn’t just reflect a new skill set—it affirms the lived wisdom I’ve been gathering in this current chapter of womanhood.
This midlife threshold has brought with it some deeply felt shifts:
My oldest son, my heartbeat, is going to start college in the fall. The energy in our home has already begun to change, as we prepare for this next stage.
My youngest son will be starting at a new school—a big change for him, and for all of us. This is an exciting opportunity with the promise of expansion and a new community, not to mention a lifestyle that feels more aligned with our values, it’s a tender letting go of what was.
My marriage, like many long journeys, is undergoing a period of transformation—shaped by reflection, growth, and the tender, sometimes challenging truth that love is not static, but continually evolving.
My body, too, is changing. Perimenopause has arrived not just with physical symptoms, but with an invitation: to slow down, to listen even more deeply, to let go of the younger version of myself and love the woman emerging.
And my business—this sacred extension of who I am—is not what it was six years ago. It’s growing, refining, shedding, becoming clearer in its purpose.
All of this is transition.
All of this is life.
As a lifelong learner, I’ve always found deep joy in expanding my tool bag—consistently pursuing certifications and trainings that enrich both my personal journey and my ability to serve others. This most recent certification in life transitions is a beautiful piece of that path. It feels especially meaningful right now, as I’ve also been completing my graduate studies to become a psychotherapist.
Bringing psychotherapy into my work is not about changing what I do—it’s about deepening it. It’s about offering a more integrative approach to healing and helping. One that honors the full spectrum of who we are: the emotional, the mental, the spiritual. A modalI want to meet people exactly where they are—with presence, knowledge, and care—and help them navigate both the inner and outer terrain of their lives.
Well Adorned honors the truth that beauty begins within—nurturing the inner world as tenderly as the outer self. I’m here to hold space for the people in the in-between—the ones shedding old layers, the ones grieving and blossoming all at once, the ones who feel both lost and beautifully on the edge of becoming. This is your season of transformation, and you don’t have to journey through it alone.
Transitions can be lonely—but they don’t have to be.
They can be beautiful—but they don’t have to be polished.
They are always potent—if we allow them to be.
If you're in a season of shift, know this:
There is nothing wrong with you.
You are not behind.
You are not broken.
You are becoming.
And, as always, I am honored to journey with you.
